The nursery’s compost and soil systems are the result of decades of real-world testing and refinement. Every batch is slow-cooked, microbially active, and structured to perform under Florida’s harsh growing conditions — not just in a lab, but in live nursery beds.

Customers can expect straight answers, professional advice, and products that were actually developed in the same conditions they’ll be used in. At Plants for Daze, everything is grown and tested the way it should be — by cultivators who do this for a living, not a label.

Stop buying junk soil and compost! Most soil and compost in Florida is awful. It’s mostly sand and mulch from town/city piles and has zero nutrition.

We specialize in manure based compost made from cow, alpaca, earthworm castings, field grass, alfalfa, yucca tree compost and screened fine hardwood compost.  

Cooked for 6+ months to internal temp of 130 degrees to kill all Pathogens and harmful bacteria plus any possible chance of spreading weeds. Nobody has better compost than us anywhere in Florida. This is not typical landscape supply compost.

We charge $60 per yard and a flat delivery fee of $25 up to 10 miles of 33952 for up to 7 yards at a time.
